The design of this device is very interesting part. The company must have sweat a lot to build this sort of thoughtful device in this price range. It fits neatly into your palm. It weighs about just 190 grams and it would definitely draws out your attention multiple times. We have reviewed a unit in space blue colour and it is beautiful to have it in hands.
Performance :
About the performance of Realme X, we have Snapdragon 710 chipset with 8GB Ram and 128 GB storage. The best part we find out in this phone is that the 4GB ram variant also comes with 128 GB storage. The storage type they have is USFWhich is known to be called as Fast storage. The apps are opening very smoothly one after one due to the optimisation done by the company. The colour OS looks also looks smooth without any lag. Even The colour OS comes with a plenty of features Including cloning of apps, split up screen and security options. Personally speaking if Realme comes with a better processor such as Snapdragon 730 or 712 then it could make even better value for money.
Display Quality :
This phone comes with a 6’53 inch Amoled Display with 1080p resolution. The best part to see in this smartphone that bezzels are almost non existent.The company has put a lot of efforts in the colour accuracy of this phone. Moreover, The Gorilla glass 5 drops an added bonus to this smartphone. Eventually we have experienced a very good display quality of Realme X.
Camera Performance :
Realme x comes with a Dual rear 48 + 5 MP camera along with Front pop-up 16 MP camera. Which are doing a great job.If we talk about the camera UI, we get a heap of features including Night mode, slow motion and 4K video recording. The Electronic image stabilization is also working fine on this smartphone. We tried the camera samples of rear camera andall of the shots whether it has taken in Day light conditions or artificial or low light conditions. It does a surprisingly awesome job.
The front 16 MP camera shoots very crisp and sharp pictures. Thus the Image processing of the Realme X is phenomenal.
The video quality of this phone is quite impressive. The white balance and colour accuracy performs decent. The focusing and exposure part does a fast as well as cool job.
Although we are missing the ultra wide lens but the 48MP steals the show alone.
Battery life :
Lets talk about the battery performance of this smartphone. It comes with 3765 mah battery. Here the question arises, shall we get the long battery backup??? Look if you are a heavy user then it can decline your expectations and if you are a balanced user then it lasts long with you. We have a valid reason for their better battery performance as they have updated the software optimisation of this phone which gives a good battery backup on this phone. It also includes a 20 w charger in the Box.
Missing factors :
Every smartphone lacks in some areas. This phone also has some missings like the company has not provided widevine L1 and used Widevine L3 which might come with an update. We do not get any expandable storage.The Led notification light, NFC and the FM are amongst the major missing in this smartphone.The phone comes with a plastic backpanel which may hit many users.

Finally its time to give the conclusive Verdict about this smartphone. Frankly speaking we have noticed that if something is badly missing on this phone even then the company has provided such features which makes this phone a balanced package with a feast of features. Overall the phone is getting enough competitive by providing futuristic features such as pop up camera, in display finger print sensor in such a mid range budget.
In terms of design, the Realme 3 look like it belongs in 2019. It gets a dewdrop display like the Realme 2 Pro, a gradient colour design which is all the trend right now. The rear panel has also been upgraded as one, seamless cover that extends all the way around the frame and meets the glass panel on the front. But Realme isn’t using a glass panel, which might disappoint some considering the Redmi Note 7 now offers a glass back under Rs 10,000. That being said, the rear panel of the Realme 3 still looks attractive thanks to an injection molding technique that gives the panel a reflective and smooth finish.
