0 671

OnePlus has launched the OnePlus 7 a month ago. As we know this phone comes under a premium smartphone segment. So we are responsible to showcase the best review under our supervision. Lets take a dive into the logical explanation about this smartphone.

  • Obsolete look and feel :

In Terms of look and feel, This particular handset feels obsolete in comparison to its competitivesmartphones. Either it is Asus 6z or POCO F2 or Redmi K20 Pro. All of these smartphones comes with a flip camera without a notch. So after two months of using OnePlus 7, you might not consider it in a bunch of new features which can be seen in other smartphone’s in this price segment.

  • Absence of accessories :

If we talk about the history of OnePlus. They have ruined us by introducing never seen before features from the OnePus 1 till the launch of OnePlus 6t,But they fall short in providing the overall freshness in OnePlus 7. Earlier, they have removed the headphone jack and after that absence of Type-C to 3.5mm adapter was a blunder. Frankly speaking, Company is insisting us to spend extra bucks on these accessories that can hinder the OnePlus lovers to buy the smartphone.

  • Hike in price:

Apparently they have introduced the OnePlus pro in 50k range. The hike in this smartphone can be a disappointment to the existing and loyal customers of OnePlus. We were hoping to get a new charging technologyin this smartphone but it also disappointed us by providing the as usual dash charger of 20 w.

  • Performance and OS :

OnePlus handsets are known for giving the best performance. So this phone doesn’t leave any stone unturned when it comes to perform. It comes with a Snapdragon 855 chipset along with 8 GB RAM and super fast storage. Now lets talk about Android Oxygen OS, who don’t want to experience such snapy experience of this specific OS. Animations and icons are the treat for user experience. It provides such a magical User Interface that nobody wants to hands-on to any other interface after using this one.Another significance about this smartphone is that it comes under OnePlus Android Q Beta program. It can be best smartphone if OnePlus focus on the overall development of the handset.

  • Poor camera performance :

About the camera, one thing which is bothering is the focusing issue. We took a lot of pictures but it keeps restraining to focus. As we are expecting number of cameras in a phone, OnePlus can improve the camera performance by replacing the 2X ZOOM with the Ultra wide lens. To look more appropriately, OnePlus gives optical image stabilization which is quite useful in making videos.

While taking portrait shots, it gives good quality pictures but sometimes a yellow and green tint can make the photos quite weird. OnePlus seriously needs to focus on this issue.

  • Pros and cons in Designing :

Firstly lets talk about the CONS andthe Notification light is such a major missing in this handset. Always on Display is also not functioning all the time so you have to unlock the phone to check out the notification. Moreover, the earpiece is not that loud and you can feel the noises while talking on a phone call. Also, The Absence of  headphone jack is a disappointment and the output quality of speaker is average.

Move onto the PROS

The phone seems to be handy and the alert slider is a great and useful feature.

The fingerprint scanner is smooth and quite hasty to unlock.

If we talk about the back panel, it gives such an elegant look to it. Though it can break but the finishing looks feel so premium on the handset.

  • Improved battery performance :

After the software update, battery performance on this phone seems to be improved. If you start using this phone from the morning, it can easily last till evening. Frankly they can do a lot more improvisation on the battery end.

Conclusion :

We can not ignore the missing factors on this phone. If we say it bashly then this handset is only good for those who need a phone with a compilation of performance and battery backup. Otherwise there are plenty of smartphones available in the market than OnePlus 7, with much more lucrative features and designs undera premium smartphone segment. So choose wisely.
